If your skin always scale up, it mean any uncontrolled growth on your skin, or your skin diseases look bubbling and always merge after you cut out, it's mean any uncontrolled growing and this abnormal condition can say as similar with cancer.

Cancer can cause by radiation of sun or other radiation energy source. Radiation is an wave without need any waving media, radiation come from a heat source such as sun, steel forging plant and others or can cause from mineral that always loose their radiation energy such as used in gamma ray.

Radiation light can cause cell growth more active than a normal, certain cell on our body than affected by radiation ray sometime grow faster than others. This Strange growing called as tumor or cancer. Radiation itself can come from tools that is used a radiation light, or from environment like sun light. Tools that use radiation light like in hospital, industry, nuclear reactor, research institution and many others.

This is reported by AMA - Australia about their founding about cancer in related of using radiation light in their hospital. The Australian Medical Association (AMA) believes there is a minimal risk to cancer patients who have been caught up in a bungle at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

For two years up to July 2006, more than 700 patients received a 5 percent reduction in their radiation dosage from one of four machines.

South Australia's Health Department is notifying those patients and has lunched an independent inquiry. The AMA state president Dr. Peter Ford urging patients to contact SA Health.

"There are individual circumstances that have to be examined here and I think every person who had treatment in that period and who has been notified by the Department should follow up with department," he said.

Cancer is the common term for aggressive and usually fatal forms of a larger class of diseases known as neoplasms. A neoplasm is described as being relatively autonomous because it does not fully obey the biological mechanism that govern the growth and metabolism of individual cells and the overall cell interactions of the living organism. Some neoplasm grow more rapidly than the tissue from which they arise; others grow at a normal pace but because of other factors eventually become recognizable as abnormal growths.

Classification of neoplasms as either benign or malignant relates to their behavior. A benign neoplasm, for instance, is encapsulated; malignant neoplasm are not. Malignancies grow more rapidly than do benign forms and invade adjacent, normal tissue. Tissue and benign tumor is structure similarly to the tissue from which it is derived; malignant tissue have abnormal and unstructured appearance. Most malignant tumors, in fact show abnormalities in chromosome structure, that is, the structure of the DNA molecules that constitute the genetic materials duplicated and passed on the later generations of cells. Most important, benign neoplasm do not metasize, that is, begin to grow at sites other than the point of origin, whereas malignant tumors do. The term tumor always denotes a malignant neoplasm, whereas the term Tumor indicates a readily defined mass of tissue distinguishable from normal living tissue.

Cancer can also occur in young children and adolescents, but it is rare, mainly due to an increase incidence in acute leukemia.  There is a reasonable doubt that children living near nuclear facilities face an increased risk of cancer.
